Eagles are about to be on their 4th HC when they always had The Guy in the building, they just never appreciated him. All he did was win endlessly with that franchise.

Disagree. They would have never won with Andy. The only reason Andy has 3 SB rings is because he has a guy that transcends his tendency to crap the bed. The Eagles made the right move by getting rid of him. Kyle might win a SB one day on another team that has one of those QBs that can take matters into his own hands and play outside the playbook. But he's damaged goods for this team. Best for us to move on. Find a closer that cans coach from opening kickoff to the final whistle. Not someone that shows flashes for 50 minutes then completely craps the bed when the opposing team puts pressure on him.

Guys like Mahomes are generational talents. Brock is a good/great QB, but he's not a game breaking once in a lifetime player. He won't break Kyle's shell. He's too disciplined for that. Think Donovan McNabb. Good QB that was stuck in Andy's system. Team was just good enough to consistently lose. What was it ? 1 SB appearance in a decade ? Andy leaves and the eagles win a SB within 3 years. Show up to another 3 years after that. Sometimes it is the coach holding a team back. Definitely the case in San Fran.

So if Andy and Kyle are not good head coaches who is right now?

Right off the top of my head I think Sean McVay is a better coach. I think he's more aggressive. I think he's better at scouting talent. I think he's better at managing games. I would take him over Kyle. I think Belichick is better because he brings a team with him as opposed to a one man band in Kyle who wants to do it all.

100% it's Kyle. The arrangement we have with him as the gm/oc/hc is the single largest impediment we have to winning a ring. Dump him or have him focus on managing the game. Keep doing the same thing and we continue to come up short.
