Is the Thursday night game against Seattle a make or break game for the Niners?

It's just a tease. Win or lose, we're getting ass raped by KC next week. And Dallas would probably jump start their season with a win as well. Going into the bye with 2 or 3 wins is a fail.

Time to wake up and realize this dynasty is over. Start fresh…

What dynasty? Hard to have a dynasty without winning a couple of titles.

It's a dynasty for the lot that believe Kyle was the messiah sent to make this team competitive again. Despite 8 years of failing to win a Super Bowl, they feel that the Kyle Shanahan era has been nothing short of success, and that "success" should not be defined by Super Bowl trophies, but rather the journey that involves racking up regular season wins and deep playoff runs. It's the nuanced way of thinking about what a dynasty actually entails. Most of Kyle's fans will remind you that it's hard to win a Super Bowl, therefore don't focus so much on obtaining the ultimate prize, but rather the process of trying to do it. In that sense, we were a dynasty since 2019 (albeit in our own minds), and now we're watching it fall apart in front of our very eyes (although the Shanafans will claim nothing to worry about here, just run it back in 2025)…

This is what they call a straw man argument.

TRUE - the only problem is that we've gone to 2 Super Bowls and played the same team (KC), and the worse part is that we were the better team both times going to those Super Bowls.

We were up convincingly both times, and to say we got out coached is one thing (did not happen), but Shanny just found a way NOT to win.

youre making s**t up and arguing against it. crazy narcissistic energy all over this post.
As much as I want to say it is a make or break game it really isn't. Niners can drop 3-4 more games and still make the playoffs. We've seen them go on 10 game win streaks before.

Its funny the only "dynasty" talk is coming from you. You're the first person i've seen throw the dynasty word out there when talking about Kyle, not the Shanafans you despise.

Current roster or era would be a better way to describe the this team. You can't call them a dynasty even though they've been in the NFC title games 4 of the last 5 years. Dynasties rule and the Niners haven't ruled since 1995.
