It never should have gotten that close.
Why did Shanahan throw it on 3rd and inches? He keeps teams in the games with his very poor playcalling. Just like how he lost Atlanta the super bowl by passing and getting sacked.

It's all we can hope for right now.
This offense should look much different with CMC back and Jennings.
Now that we are 4-4 at least we can justify making a defensive trade to help our run game. If there's a RT out there I'm good weigh that too.

It doesn't, unless you're looking for something to complain about. A lot of the issues were because they have so many guys playing in new positions and young players making dumb rookie/young player mistakes.
If they can come back after the bye with McCaffrey, Jennings, Mason and a healthier Kittle, Ward and hopefully Hufanga, they might be setup for a late season run.
A healthy Deebo and Jennings sure, cmc is huge sure, defense has holes tho which needs to be addressed via trade if we gonna compete with Detroit greenbay, looks like Vikings coming back down to earth

I am starting to think Greenlaw is a bigger need than CMC. Not that CMC is not a huge need but this defense is bottom 10 without Dre. He's a must re-sign IMO if he looks anything like the same Dre before his injury.

Cowboys suck and we barely squeaked it out. Lions,Packers, Washington, Vikings would throttle them. Those reserves better kick in fast after the bye!
