I personally f**kin hate this special team group. They're awful in every aspect. I expect the coach to get fired. We need to make a change.

I liked that Deebo was showing some emotion with how crappy the team is playing, but why attack the long snapper? Real tough guy there Deebo......why don't you try that stunt on Bosa or Williams, and see what they will do to you moron.

I believe Deebo was chewing out Moody and Pepper pushed back in defense of his kicker.

Brock threw for 353 yards today in a game that we nearly lost. The yardage is there. We just have to fix the redzone woes somehow.

Agree, Brock did play a good game today.
If that game didn't have you screaming at your TV then you aren't a Niner fan. Muffed punt. Three straight FG misses. Missed TD opportunities in the red zone. The defense unable to pressure or sack Mayfield even when his receivers are all injured and his version of Trent Williams gets hurt early. Multople defensive penalties (2 hands to the face) on that game tying drive.

Today's game was a perfect example of why I think sacks are so much more important than pressures. Purdy was able to escape pressure and allow Kittle enough time to get open in the end zone. Pressure was there but it didn't prevent the TD pass. Then Bosa had Mayfield by the arm and wasn't able to finish him off. The result was a pass completion that allowed that last drive to continue. Pressures are fine but sacks can be game changing.

Well, you can't really blame the special teams for the offence being inept in the red zone, or for how the defence struggles on 3rd downs, or how many stupid undisciplined penalties the team makes, but yes, the special teams is perhaps the most obvious problem. It is not the only problem.

Sugar-coat it any way you want but this team is playing well below par compared to last years team. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't give this team much of a shot at winning it all this season, and they might not even get into the playoffs.

Alot of that can be fixed though. It's not a talent problem. But Special teams is my biggest concern because I am not sure that can be fixed. We just might not have the personnel on Specials teams for it to be anywhere close to decent.

That was a bad win. But a win is a win.

Yes but tough much needed win.. good enough.

Absolutely not good enough other than literally getting a W on the record. This team will get oblierated by any decent team in the league.

Minnesota is a top 5 team nd they didn't obliterate us. The Chiefs are undefeated and didn't pull away until the end. So who is the decent team that is going to oblierate us?

I think they are looking at the Detroit game

They said any decent team. Detroit is just one. Thankfully we've got time to get things cleaned up with more of our guys back.

God lord why does it have to be that hard

Kyle calling all those missed FGs and Personal fouls almost screwed us.

Kyle apologists.

Tbh, I didn't like how Moody managed the end of the first half and his lackluster redzone plays. Thank god, Kyle was able to scramble on broken plays and hit some key passes down the stretch to get the GW field goal.

Luckily Kyle called a Made FG for the end. Would have been killer to call a miss again.

I'm pretty sure Schneider called the game winning FG.

Good thing he knew when to call it.

Pretty sure he was mouthing off at Moody. Peppers came to his kicker's defense and got smacked for a twofer. Glad that Deebo smacked both those idiots since Shanahan and Schneider refuse to hold anyone accountable…

Great play by JJ

That was the game winner. Everyone expected him to go out but he knew he had time and Moody needed some help.

This is why it's critical for Picks like Pearsall to hit. Looking good so far. With Purdy coming up your gonna have to cut some talent, unfortunately

The issue will come with resigning guys, IMO. Brock's cap hits won't really hit for the first 3-4 years but resigning guys will become more difficult.

as always, hitting on picks will be a major key to continually being good. We need to start hitting on trench guys. We've got nothing but huge busts or mediocre play out of all our D & O line selections.

Nobody other than the players knows what was said, but I thought Deebo may have said something towards Moody/3 missed FGs, then Taybor got in Deebo's face, hence got shoved in the face

Parents aren't allowed to touch kids, hence Shanny told one of the other siblings to be mean and hit if you have to
Deebo would never step to the 1 and and only true LS, Sir Brian Jennings

Me too, one great slap, what parent with a last name "Pepper" names their kid "Taylor". That's just itching for a beat down
Moody was very moody today.
