Enough of this "I wanna die" crap. Get pissed and get real. Niners need to have a draft that finally fills the holes that have needed to be addressed for years. Here who stays and goes:
QB
Brock stays but not as the new market leader in earnings; re-signed for less then $50 mil per
One of the vet backups stays; doesn't matter which
Draft a QB on day 3
RB
CM, Mason and Guerendo stay
Draft another RB on day 3
WR
Deebo gets traded
Aiyuk, JJ, Cowing and Piersall stay
Draft a deep threat WR
TE
Kittle stays
Draft a worthy successor finally for TE2
Sign a blocking TE who's good at ST
O-Line
Draft new LT, new C and another OT who could play RT or G
Banks, Moore and Brendel are history
Burford, Puni and McKivitz stay
next up the defense…………

Time for REBUILT. Without Shany and Lynch. Unfortunately we are stuck with the Yorks.

Deebo trade stock is down. Need to restructure or get out of the contract and trade for pennies. Need to get younger and shed the fat contracts of aging veterans. Super Bowl window is probably closed for a few years until they can add better depth in the trenches. Need a whole new scheme defensively and sadly cannot contain slow quarterbacks like Geno Smith. He basically pulled his undies down and teabaged the face of our entire defense on that walk-off scramble. We're in last place after 10 games and I see zero hope for improvement with a lack of talent

Just looked at remainder of schedule and it's possible they lose out.

Lynch is fine, he's gotten great value and a great core, it's Kyle that's the underperformer. He is NOT head coach material. Too crappy player discipline, rigid, i.e for example refusing to play rookies so it takes them years to develop. The QB can't audible? There's a reason Jimmie G & Brock did GREAT without his input when they were developed in someone else's system & just played & winged it more. Then Kyle get's rigid, doesn't let them adjust, blames them for losses, creates a lot of doubt in themselves, & they eventually get afraid to pull the trigger.

We aren't winning the Super Bowl this year anyway. Might as well get a better draft pick, I guess.

Yeah he's terrible. I agree.

We need a true reload.
But it's not just players, it's schemes as well. Kyle needs to tweak and modify the offense, we need better hot throws and drop back game. We're too predictable in our tendencies, we're abysmal in the red zone or if we fall behind the chains. We're converting long 3rd downs more by player effort than scheme, how many plays last night were targeted behind the line of gain, relying on someone to beat a man than really attempting to convert. Kyle has become more and more conservative, it's become about field position for a punt than converting.
Defense needs a complete overhaul, we've become literally wedded to our scheme - we can't bring in any new talented DC because we don't want them to run our scheme due to player fit. This is self destructive...
We lack speed and dynamism, we're predictable and we've made some mistakes in free agency (Hargreaves even before injury) and we need to reset. We also need to believe in our rookies more.
