Enough of this "I wanna die" crap. Get pissed and get real. Niners need to have a draft that finally fills the holes that have needed to be addressed for years. Here who stays and goes:

QB
Brock stays but not as the new market leader in earnings; re-signed for less then $50 mil per
One of the vet backups stays; doesn't matter which
Draft a QB on day 3
RB
CM, Mason and Guerendo stay
Draft another RB on day 3
WR
Deebo gets traded
Aiyuk, JJ, Cowing and Piersall stay
Draft a deep threat WR
TE
Kittle stays
Draft a worthy successor finally for TE2
Sign a blocking TE who's good at ST
O-Line
Draft new LT, new C and another OT who could play RT or G
Banks, Moore and Brendel are history
Burford, Puni and McKivitz stay

next up the defense…………

Purdy is getting paid.

the rest needs like 3 drafts to correct lol
We gonna have to get another wr, cause who knows if aiyuk will ever be the same, for sure not next year

I want to see more cowing but he was concussed yesterday. I think their wr group is going to be ok, at least not as crucial than some other groups this offseason.
And now the defense:

D Line
Bosa, Floyd, Collins, Gross-Matos, Okuayinonu and Anderson stay
Hargraves, Elliott, Givens and Beal can all be replaced or traded
Draft one Edge and one NT
LB
Warner and Winters stay
Greenlaw stays IF he's healthy and he will re-sign for a reasonable amount
Campbell, DFF and Graham can all go
Draft a long term replacement for Greenlaw and get some good ST players in FA
Secondary
Lenoir, Green, Yiadom, Brown, Odum and Mustapha all stick
Let Ward, Thomas and Huf walk in FA
Draft a CB on Day 1 or 2 in the draft, plus a FS later

Next up…….. the coaching staff

The OL and DL need help. Bigger DT's. Edge and at least two new starters on the OL, maybe 3. More speed on offense!!

Another loaded 49ers roster goes to complete waste just like with Harbaugh's teams…cool man

This roster is exactly what it appears to be: that of a mediocre team. To say it's loaded is a bit of a stretch.

We have some pieces for sure, no question about that, but we also have a lot of holes personnel-wise and scheme-wise.
The difference between 2020 and this year is we were young and injured. We need to replace a number of pieces that are now old and that Lance debacle ruined our chances of that happening anytime soon.
It needs to get worse before it gets better, time to tear the entire thing apart….again.

this team will never win a Super Bowl

I'm talking about the 2019/2021-2023 teams,4 deep playoff runs and nothing to show for it

The Niners only have 7 picks in the upcoming drat with no 5th rounder. I've heard that this draft isn't expected to be a great one so trying to fill every need is probably unrealistic. Even in a strong draft year players that you target sometimes get taken ahead of you.
The Niners have been at or near the top of the NFC for 5 years now but unfortunately they lost twice in the SB. Teams age and eventually need to replace players with younger talent. When teams win a SB it's common to lose a few players who want to get paid. The Niners paid their players TRYING to win but failed. Now they have too many players that are getting paid a lot of money but are aging and starting to break down. They may be able to trade a couple but they might be forced to bite the bullet and eat some cap money.

Lynch and Kyle rescued this team from a dumpster fire and built it into a perennial winner. They should start this off season with another rebuild. They have a few young core players like Jennings and maybe Pearsall along with Mason. Brock looks capable enough at QB.

The O line is going to need a complete rebuild. With Trent close to retirement they have Puni and nt much else. When Kyle and John took over they made a trade to bring in Williams, resigned Lakin Tomlinson and drafted McGlinchey. They brought in a veteran center. They built a solid O line that was a dominant run blocking line. During that same period they drafted heavily on the D line and built a solid defense. They showed that they knew the importance of line domination. Since then that seems to have slipped away at least on the O line.

Back to the drawing board guys. They aren't going to be competitive with some of the younger upcoming teams by trying to plug a hole here and there.

Agreed. I'm not exactly sure who stays or who goes, but we have a solid core of young and older guys. building around Purdy and Bosa makes sense imo. Regardless of all of that, they need to rebuild the trenches. This is why we are mediocre. Look at this team week in and week out compared to years past... we are no longer the more physical team most of the time. So that is why I will preach rebuild the trenches.

Toughness upfront is what enables Harbaugh to consistently turn teams around. San Diego is playing much better this year with basically the same players Harbaugh instills that tough attitude in the trenches. He did it at Stanford and at Michigan. He didn't have the best skill players but his teams were always tough along the line.
I'd guess Banks, Ward, Huf, Deebo, Juice are the bigger names that aren't on the roster next year.
