I've been questioning for a while if the Niners will ever have a very good OL under Shanahan. They try to get away with players like Brendel and McKivitz - against any kind of talent on the DL, those guys get exposed regularly.
Good teams like Green Bay, Detroit & KC have put a priority on finding the right OL talent and those teams win in the trenches with very good-to-great OLs.

I was holding out hope that I could at least get some fantasy production out of this team. I'm glad I have Kittle but i'm dropping SF D and Warner after today.

Agreed. This loss isn't about missing Bosa and Purdy. So many players tonight didn't come to play football
I mean missing a handful of pro-bowlers absolutely matters. You got backups all over the place and there's a reason they're backups. That said yes there's issues that go beyond missing a f**k ton of talent

Im more embarrassed over this team than any 49er team I've watched. And I've watched 9er football since the early 80's
Then again, Jeremy Kerley was never at the level of Kittle or Jennings or CMC and that team had very little talent left
