yes we just need some of that Sorensen blitz scheme disguise magic that we've never come close to seeing at all lol

And to tell you the truth Green Bay isn't scary at all. It was scarier when Aaron Rodgers was there, but the 9ers always had his number.

Agree they are not world beaters this year like some seem to think. Love is tied for the league lead with 11 ints and I predict he throws a couple more this Sunday. Ward with a big game coming off the loss of his little girl.
The Packers are not a good football team but honestly theyre further ahead than the 49ers by a large margin. They're just coached so well. LaFleur needs to get COTY votes

Really? Slightly better, maybe. Teams that are a large margin ahead of the Niners are the Lions, Chiefs, and Bills. That is about it IMO The rest of the teams play each other and it's a toss up. People acting like we are getting destroyed in our losses. A lot of dumb mistakes are costing us games.

Edit: I do not think it takes a rocket scientist to see a scenario where we could be 8-2 going into this game. Again, some boneheaded mistakes from the entire team (including coaches of course) has cost us close games.

Every team says that. The fact is the 49ers have regressed this year and so has Kyle as a coach. It is what it is. My point still stands. LaFleur has less to work with and has built a team that plays hard each snap. I cannot say that about the niners.

Fuuuck I forgot about that, you gotta believe he's gonna play out of his mind on Sunday for her. And how much you wanna bet, for some odd reason because this is his old team that DeVondre Campbell has a good game. lol

And with CMC, with another week of practice under his belt comes in looking much better. You have to believe he was gassed for not having an off season at all. Even Bosa didn't look good for the first three games after his hold out.
At this point I don't think 49ers fans can think the team is better than anyone on the schedule except maybe the Bears. They've struggled late in games all year and now if Bosa isn't 100% the defense will only get worse.

I understand your point and we certainly have not looked the same this year; blowing games at the last minute is a awful look. We never get blown out, if you count losing by 10 to the Chiefs as a blow out, okay. We lost by 6 to the Vikings. We lost by 1 Cardinals(Blew the game at the end). 3 to the Rams (Blew the game at the end). 3 to the Seahawks (Blew the game at the end). Somehow we are terrible and still have an opportunity to win every single game, outside of the KC game.

I don't think Kyle has regressed. He has been juggling personnel issues all season and has another new DC (like a broken record saying that at this point). ST coordinator stinks and yeah that's on Kyle. That is just the way I see it. Obviously we haven't been as sharp this year but I still have hope for a turnaround. Lol maybe I am too much of a optimist but we'll see.

For real, LaFluer has less to work with really? Did three of his key player hold out, something Shanahan and Lynch had to deal with all off season. Don't you think that cuts into their plans of preparation? Did one of LaFleurs star WR's get injured for the season? 49ers O-line overall may be slightly better and I'm speaking from someone who doesn't really watch Green Bay. But at least Green Bay's O-line opens up running lanes and their RB's don't think too much. Not to mention, they have a better DC to end with that.
I have a question about special teams. Obviously they have a lot of problems that we see every week. What do you think the ST coach can change to clear up the missed tackles bad snaps, missed kicks and muffed punts? I'm sure they practice all this stuff during the week and I don't see them lining up and doing anything drastically different than other teams. I guess he can change players around with Kyle's approval but do they have the players? They seem to do okay on punt coverage at least when Wishnowsky was healthy. So what exactly needs to change because I'm not sure it's all because of the coach since he was successful in Seattle.

IMO, I think they need to stop with putting RB's at KR, they seem more capable of dropping the ball than Ronnie Bell.
ahh the good old days

You don't enjoy watching our beloved 49ers in bad times as well as good? Isn't that the definition of a fair-weather, bandwagon fan? :P

I watched every game of the Dennis Erickson era. I don't know what to make of these bandwagoners. We're gonna turn it around and manny lawson is gonna break out. I can just tell.

even in those down times, we had the #1 pick, Alex, Gore draft and Nolan and his suits to look forward to
This game will determine if I will truly quit on the season.
