How about Vic Fangio then?
As for Staley having Donald and Ramsey, let's see what Spags would do on Defense without Chris Jones and Trent McDuffie.
And I'm sure having that nasty pass rush with the Giants helped a lot Spags too.
You have to have some talent at some point on Defense.

The guy who came after Staley as Rams DC had those players too, and more.

They went from #1 in yards, #1 in points, #1 against the pass and #3 against the run in 2020 to #17 in yards, #15 in points, #22 against the pass and #6 against the run in 2021.

I don't think that happens by accident. He had a really good defense and he's a really s**tty head coach that is probably like a bizarro Tomsula where he's great at the X's and O's but lacks the ability to lead an entire locker room.

Agree with everything and been saying the same thing. But I don't want Staley maybe as a third choice. My first is Saleh, second is Dennis Allen then if not them don't really care after that.
