Reporter: Why didn't you interview other defensive coordinators while you were waiting for Robert Saleh? Now all the top candidates have been hired by other teams and Saleh got a head coaching position. Where does that leave you?

It wouldn't be a good look to setup a second interview with Graham, rush in some random minority assistant that they hadn't interviewed before and then cancel the interview with Graham just to hire a guy who looks straight out of Hee-Haw.

Sorensen wouldn't be nominated for any awards based on looks. All I care about is how well he prepares the players and calls games. He could wear a hoody all game for all i care.
