No not yet but from the article on the front page:
Breer previously suggested that Johnson would only have taken the Jaguars' job if it involved parting ways with general manager Trent Baalke. Saleh, however, appears more open to working with the often-controversial general manager.

They can't move on from the Wide 9, while not having the personnel to play the scheme is beyond me. You have one guy on the DL, maybe try a different scheme.
