That description sounds like Jerry hired a PR and marketing team to write the job description and expectations

His agent is probably thinking about his client first, not the 49ers and he knows he has a guaranteed deal in place. If Dallas or any other team wants to give him a HC position or more $$, then he has to listen, there's no rush. If Kyle was interviewing other DCs then maybe Salehs agent would have more urgency.
