I'm fine with a collection of guys. I don't think any guy that's coming in is bringing in their own staff overall.

If no DC ever gets to bring in his staff, what's the use of firing any coordinator

I'm actually really interested In kubiak helping design the offense (like McDaniels did when he was here). I didn't like the way our offense looked for much of the year - not just execution but play design/ choice seemed odd this year, IMO.

we need an awesome DC and ST coordinator if we want a chance to compete this year. ST was a disaster this year and the defense was mentally weak, collapsed in the biggest moments, unfortunately.

also, we need a huge upgrade at center. Our center was embarrassing all year - which has a huge impact on our entire o line.

so much to improve upon. I hope we make some awesome moves this off season cause this year made me sick.

Also, Salah is very familiar with our staff. It's essentially his old staff, which Demeco took over. The last two didn't get to bring in their staff but saleh woukd fit right in. Not entirely same staff but he's familiar with it. I'm sure he would be able to make some staffing decisions too.
