Agreed. Although, Bullocks hasn't done bad in his job. Lenior, Green, Huf, Mustapha have been home grown. But I prefer having 2 top positional coaches for CB and S - DB room is large (10+ players + additional 2-3 PS usually).

Tabor and Kyle worked together in Cleveland previously. I'm inclined to consider him the favorite at this point.

Tabor came up under Dave Toub, the Chiefs special teams coach and has been a very good STC in his own right so it'd be a fantastic hire.

I'd be all for this. Maybe Sorensen isn't rubber-stamped for the position after all.
