There is no way he goes to Dallas. I bet Kyle, Mike and Matt send him messages you do not want to go to that s**t show with Jerry. Stay away.

Then they hire Pete Golding from Ole Miss to be the DC. I'm surprised he hasn't gotten more NFL looks, he runs one of the better defensive schemes in college football, always putting his players in a position to be successful. I love the way he moves around and utilizes his DL with a constant attacking mindset. On the back end he's really refined Saban's pattern matching concepts.

Why would Kyle risk hiring a DC with no NFL experience?

Jerry Jones will be dead in less than a decade. It doesn't seem like his heir apparent is as hands on as he was. Dallas, as much as we hate to admit, is one of the premiere franchises in the NFL. Saleh would take that position in a heartbeat if it was offered to him. I'd say more so than taking the Jags gig…

Its not. The last time they played in an NFC title game was 1995. The only difference between them and the Raiders is Jerry is one of the most powerful owners and does anything to market the team. But that is also the problem that he wants to be the most powerful person on the team over any coach he brings in.

Think Rodgers was rough on Saleh, just imagine Jerry if he was hired there and they struggled.

It would suck and I like Saleh too much. Aikman said it best during the broadcast (and I am really surprised he had the balls to say it on air) that position is not a premier opportunity. Good for Aikman having big balls on air.

Yeah, he doesn't need to be someone's punching bag.
I'm getting worried Baalke is gonna f**k us over. I don't get Saleh, dude just came from horrific ownership and someone who doesn't know wtf he's doing putting his input on everything and now he wants to interview for Dallas with an owner that loves the sound of his own voice. Saleh takes one of these mess of a jobs with inept ownership and gets fired he can kiss ever being a HC again so he better choose wisely

If we don't get Saleh, I'd be down for this. I'd also be okay with Ulbrich if it weren't Allen. As far as the Special Teams is concerned, I'm starting to hope Tabor is the favorite for that spot.

No one in their right mind would turn down a head coaching job to be the Niners' DC.

Monetary wise and fan base wise they are very much a premier nfl team. It's why they are always on tv. I live in DC and i know just as many Cowboys fans as I do Ravens and Commanders fans.

Yeah, I'm about at that point, but until he's hired, he's still an option I guess. I realize the the Niners may not be able to wait around to find out if they still have a shot at Saleh, and like I was saying in the above post if that happens, I'm good with either Allen or Ulbrich.
I'm souring on Saleh. Like other posters have said, if he gets hired and our defense is good again guess whose leaving next year? Get Dennis Allen in here, nobody is going to give him another chance for a few years.
