I'd be good with that as a fall back option. I just wish they'd talk to him so they could easily pivot if they needed to. He has interviewed with Atlanta for the D.C. spot after all. Hopefully there have been conversations with guys that just haven't leaked yet, but who knows?

Whsts interesting is that Sorensen replaced B Schneider when he was hired in Jacksonville

Again, he wouldn't be my choice, but like I said he does have more playing experience on special teams than on defense. I'm just trying to grasp at whatever straws I can find ( maybe desperately😂) just in the event that he is the choice.

Sounds like Shanahan has made up his mind. DC: 1) Saleh 2) Staley ST: 1) Sorensen 2) Someone else if he's pressured to move on from his twin bff
