need to get juice, deebo, and others off roster. moody is getting hard to watch and i give him a pass for the snow game. he's just hard to watch all the time. kickers shouldn't be this frustrating.

Mason will probably have to carry the load as CM I think is done. Purdy is NOT the answer, he is a role player, not an elite QB. We need to identify and develop a QB who can take the game over. We need to get the OL and DL fixed first I believe and build from there. Where would you start and with who? Who goes? For me Deebo goes for sure, Brendel is gone as are Sorenson. Face it Shanahan will get at least one more year but someone needs to take over the draft. I'd like Lynch and Shanahan to admit the trade up to #3 killed this team and wasn't worth it. They need to admit they blew that pick. Where and what do you want to see happen going into the off season?
If CMC is done which I don't think he is then will have to get a top back Mason is not it and Kyle's offense has to have one because he will never invest in a top o line and it will be exactly like this season not what the offense looked like the last 2 years.

You are looking at a 5 win season with one of the most expensive lineups in the league.
It's going to be a dark few years.
And that is the point that everyone is missing.

CMC platooned with the other RBs like they do Deebo now after he's traded. Keep moving him around more as a slot like they did in Carolina by putting him in the backfield with Mason/Guerendo. That would extend his career and he is still their best pass route runner.

Yet they somehow find a way to win in rebuilding year? Are you telling me Harbaugh with a new team of prior losers can win with injuries betterthan Kyle can win with a veteran team with his injuries? Say it isn't so, lol.

The 49ers weren't winning games when Trent Williams, Nick Bosa and Brandon Aiyuk were on the field either. With CMC they're 1-3.
These guys just aren't playing complementary football this year. It's a down year. Hopefully some of these rookies can pan out.

The most important thing here is modify Kyle's power, take away his "GM duties" do not let him near the draft adn give him some help, perhaps an OC to help him focus better on game management and give him more time to spend on special teams.
The next most important thing is to change the philosophy to start taking the trenches more seriously and again if Lynch can't see that then he has to be removed as GM and to bring in someone who can see the bigger picture.
The thing after that is personnel, Kyle's buddies have to be cut, goodbye to Deebo and Juice, and let the likes of Banks, Hufanga, Ward walk. I am not sure on Greenlaw we need to see him play but that could be a goodbye too.
Brocks contract -Under no circumstances should they overpay on him, either play him on the final year or give him a short 3 year deal - definately no more than $50m a year.

Need an upgrade at center and RT.
Trade or cut Deebo. It would be cap hit, but we have space and could get him off the books. Cut Hargrave and Juice.
I give Kyle one more year to right the ship. HIs offense has looked extremely vanilla, and that's what he's paid for.
Sad that we have all this money now, and let go of guys like Armstead, Buckner and Jones...
