We know nothing until they resolve what they are going to pay Brock. A mint or somewhere inbetween. Free agency probably won't be like years past unless they do some unloads. It is going to be a super interesting off-season. This place should be quite busy all spring/summer with discussion.

I fully expect a Samuel, Ward, Hargrave unload also pretty sure Jiuce is gone. That's alot of capital right there, we will have money either way. Whatever Brock gets paid expect it to be backloaded.

1. I don't think we can do anything about the Deebo contract

2. Lynch completely STRUCK OUT the past two FA classes, I don't know if cutting a bunch of guys (creating dead cap) just to sign other guys is a good solution

having said that, there's a few familiar names that would make sense for us:

DJ Reed Jr. -- might be a pipe dream since he's high up on that PFF list, but would still be cheaper than Ward since he's mostly a NB

Charles Omenihu
Daniel Brunskill
Laken Tomlinson -- might be old and washed at age 34, OR he could be a bargain veteran who we could plug in at LG while grooming a rookie

Brock will still be cheap the next couple of seasons so if we're going to move anyone on this off season is the time to do it.

Deebo's contract is too problematic to move him on imo. Saving 5mil in a post June trade might seem nice but you're pushing the leftover into the following years cap and that's a lot.

Hargrave feels more like a post June candidate if we're going to do it on anyone or we might just cut our losses and remove him outright to save a little cap while Brock is still cheap.

C is my priority in FA. We just need to get better in that spot or face the same issues we've had for years now.

As far as Deebo I think a team might want him thinking they can get him back in 2021 form.

Zach Wilson, Justin Fields, Mac Jones and Trey Lance might all be free agents... haha
