Priority #1 of the never too soon to prepare offseason…

It's time to stop believing in the 2024 version of our niners.
No juice from coaching staff to most players.
I am already thinking about next season and how to prepare it.
Right now my priority would be to put on the field less often used players from 56 and practice squad
And when the season's over do the rest but fire ShanaLynch.
The stupidity of the suggestion to fire Shanahan and Lynch defies belief.

It tells more about you than me sir…
Just fire Kyle (Only if they can get Ben Johnson)...

let John Lynch and his FO stay. They have been able to get us some good players, and good contracts.

I want to see Brock with another Head Coach dammit! An aggressive one who will provide and STICK WITH having a deep threat, to open up the middle of the field.

Personally I would trade the underachieving Bosa for draft capital. His best days are behind him. He's failed on a grand scale to play up to his contract. He's not a game wrecker like TJ Watt or C Jones. I'm done with Bosa.

Bosa, Deebo, Juice, C. Ward, J Brown, Huf, Brendel.

All gone.
#1. Use the offseason to get players healthy again. Super Bowl hangover is real. Our guys are injured and worn out from the past two years.

There are about 10 teams with 49er HQ on speed dial in case Shanahan is fired or resigns. The bidding would start at $18M/yr.

With so many injuries to key players, the wisest thing to do is to not make any rash moves, like trading Bosa for draft picks.
1. Pay out for the best possible veteran DC and special teams coordinator

2. Rebuild heavily on both sides of the line with an eye on improving both the ability to stop the run and better run the football.

3. Work to get faster and deeper on both offense and defense. They need better depth at LB, Safety and TE in particular.

One day.. Everyone will look back and realize Kyle screwed this team. The 9ers will probably pay Brock who's honestly.. Just a high level number 2. Yall the same folks who loved Jimmy G.. It's time to move on and restart. If not... Well do the exact same thing next season. Rip the bandaid off and start over.

The 49ers went 2-14 in 2016. It was a team with little talent on the roster and no future. By 2019 they were making a SB run. That team was constructed and coached by Kyle and Lynch. Same with the team last year. If you consider that getting screwed....

Even if that was true...no team can eat his...what?...70 million in dead money? and expect to be competitive.

You would have to gut the team to make space to carry dead money.

On top of that the defense has been in such chaos the last 2 years, I am not sure how anyone could definitely point at Bosa and say...this guy...is the problem....

Heck Bosa is still on pace to flirt with double digit sacks...
Maybe fix the O-Line, maybe!

No. Nobody has ever been banned for making a comment like this. Nice try, though.

That suggestion will become more of a reality this time next year…
