ftfy, bro
I am actually thinking that they should commit to Darnold. They would be guaranteed the number one pick for multiple years. Just think of the power house team they could build on darnolds back!

I love the two sides approach you guys take.

Darnold won't be worth whatever he's getting paid. He has a loaded offense, a good OL, a top playcaller and he's out there looking like ass because he falls apart under pressure. You don't sign that guy to anything if you have hopes of winning anything in the playoffs. You sign that guy when you're a 3-14 team, the draft is really weak at QB and you just want to stop sucking completely while you figure things out.

Purdy will get his extension so Larry Krueger can take his opinion, turn that sumb***h sideways, and shove it right up his monkey ass along with most of the other garbage he comes up with.

Jets tried this already. But it requires hitting in the 1st round.

What future franchise QB would that be? Even if I liked Ward or Sanders (and I don't) they won't be around so who is this guy that makes sense to have on bench while Sam the ghost whisperer starts?

Brock Purdy is just Brock Purdy but a QB in the draft can be anything, maybe even Brock Purdy!!

A boat is a boat, but the mystery box could be anything! It could even be a boat! You know how much we've been wanting one of those.

Reminds me of the Trey Lance debates.

It's not so much Purdy vs Darnold to me. As I have liked and supported Brock a lot. But it's that this organization and top front office can't get anything out of Darnold. While 1 year with another organization they so obviously can. That's so wildly problematic for us. How can you win like this? It's like they can't recognize and develop talent. They just live in their own little shell and echo chamber. Going to another place was night and day for Darnold. Kind of says a lot and it's bad IMO.

Sam Darnold himself credits the 49ers and Brock Purdy for him developing into the QB he is. He has said he learned more last year on our team than he did in his entire career.

So, per usual, you are 100% incorrect on your assessment of this.

O'Connell fixed Darnold. SLUG Shany got ZERO out of him. Just fantasy land to think Kyle did something for him. He was a scrub backup who could hardly crack 2nd string with Shany. He's an instant STAR with O'CONNELL!

The funny part is how much will he contradict himself.

He will either say how good their regular season record was, which will contradict his stance on SB or bust posts. Or he will say he was wrong (which hasn't happened ever). Most likely he won't post in this thread again for a while.

Him and Faithful are both having a really bad weekend.
They are talking about Daniel Jones on the TV broadcast right now. What a fall from grace for Darnold. LOL

Welp
Darnold was always just a good ordinary quarterback

Justin Jefferson kind of made him in the regular season and as soon as oppositions stopped Jefferson, Darnold was kinda null and void.

So we hope Purdy is going to be in the elite category.
