Matt Hennessy was someone many liked on here coming out of the draft as a good center prospect for our zone scheme. I wanted him as a free agent but he went to the Eagles and I lost track of him

Well looks like with this signing its bye bye Jake Brendel. Why hasn't this guy signed with anyone?

Probably cuz he's not good enough to sign with anyone else.
Still probably well above Brendel's level this year though, not like that's hard. He's playing like an average dude from the stands.

I've read his problems has been injuries. Hennessy signing a two year deal tells me he won't play this season and will get him ready for next season.
