Funny, all that was said about Barron though, this pick clearly shows an appetite to move Lenoir back outside full time, otherwise they'd have prioritised a boundary CB.

Every year these guys over draft players in the 3rd round. It's rediculous

Go look at their selections since 2017. Warner and Puni are it in the 3rd and then a dozen guys taken 3 rounds before they should have been.

It really makes no sense

You put too much focus on what number pick a player was. If Mel Kiper had a 7th round pick on a player and Lynch takes him in the 3rd, that doesn't make it a reach or a bad pick. Let him play a couple seasons.

This isn't the first time we have reached by a couple rounds on players.

Look at our 3rd round picks since this regime has been here. They are all massive busts aside from Warner and Puni.

I don't get it. The amount of quality players we passed on to take guys we could probably get later on is mind blowing.

They do it every year.

I like the first two picks, but these two picks in the third are absurd reaches imo.
