I think we only get about ~$1 mil back since they are likely paying him the min which is about $900k. So we're on the hook for about $1.1 mil

$4.789M to be exact from my calculations, can free up $4.904M by redoing Trent's deal, and $1,223,200 from redoing Warner's, also if we extend Ward we can free up around $6.224M.
