Aiyuk and Hufanga. That's the rollover cap space. Easy to figure out

If AB thinks we will keep Greenlaw, maybe we do him as well. There's also Banks. There's a lot of guys with a year left. I hope they knock out Aiyuk, Huff, and Banks all in 2024.
Update, have the 49ers $41,792,842 under the 2023 cap, includes the likelihood that Swilling passes waivers, and is re-signed to the PS, also need another PS player, so take away $180K, it'd be $41,612,842 in cap room.

Also, newest article, my 20 observations through the first 3 weeks of the 2023 season, https://49erscap.com/index.php/2023/09/24/20-observations-through-the-first-3-weeks-of-the-2023-season/

I do believe we can keep Dre, Mooney, AA, plus extend Aiyuk, Huf & Banks in 2024, but that's me, I know John said the window is closing, but don't buy everything he says, it's GM talk, they'll continue to be aggressive in building this roster and keeping it a contender.

I have no doubt they will not be talking about a closed window next April
My 2 newest articles for today, projecting contracts for Armstead, Greenlaw, & Ward, and then Aiyuk, Banks, & Hufanga.

I just don't see the window closing, yeah guys are getting older, but also younger guys are stepping up, Banks, Hufanga, Lenoir, etc.... So I'm confident they can keep their core together long term.

Save some cap for a back up qb next year.
The 49ers will have flexibility until they have to pay Purdy. I think Greenlaw is a guy that's replaceable so his cap number might grow. Armstead seems overpaid for a what he does. Love Aiyuk. If I was given the choice of Aiyuk or Deebo, quite frankly, I'm rolling with Brandon Aiyuk.
