IMO the Hull's father/child duo should be #1. The father is considered one of the top 10 players to EVER play hockey, and Brett is arguably one of the top 50 to ever play.

Bobby Bonds and Barry Bonds is the greatest father/son combo. Bobby was great, and Barry Bonds is the greatest of all time.
