Right now Sandoval is better than Rasmus, and he carries his offense. Sandoval is CLEARLY not better than Pujols, but if he is even 3/4's as good I will be happy with him. Phillies fans got him in over the Giants fans.
He is the best at his position in the NL offensively up until this point. I'd say he deserves it more than Victorino. I think people are just upset about how he deserved to get in and didn't. It's not like anyone's crying about Brian Wilson or Bengie Molina not getting it.
