I love them both, but being the best Pitcher in the National League (if not the entire league) is simply more glamorous than being the best inside LB'er in the NFL.
Things are looking up for SF Giant/Niner fans.

Right now atthis very moment?
It's gotta be...
SANCHO!!!
First No-No in 30+ years and 89 years by a Leftie?
He just jumped above those two and that is saying something. He's gonna go down in history like Baby Bull and Mathews, Helecke etc.
Lincecum and Cain have been flirting with No-Nos'. Who knew it would be a guy drafted in the 27th round and struggling with a 5.13 era and a 2-8 record that gets it...
...wait a minute, I did. I did it with Sancho against the Pads on MLB2k9.

But I gotta get back to it to view my crystal ball and find out if the Gigantes win the World Series now.

I like both but i gotta say pat willis. imo football is more important than baseball also, and the 9ers have the winning history in the nfl to be a top 3 franchise. right now it might be lincecum simply because its baseball season butwhen willis makes his run for dpoy next year you guys will be eating some words imo.

Who is bigger?
Patrick Willis is about 6'1", 240 lbs.
Tim Lincecum is about 5'7", 170 lbs.

I love Willis, but it's not even close. Lince by a huge margin.

I love Willis, and while he may be the best MLB in the game, he's not always going to be the best player on the field. Lincecum will almost always have that distinction whenever he's on the mound. On top of that, Lincecum dominates and is baseball's "King of K", which is a much more glamorous statistic than tackles alone.
I would love to see P-Willy get DPOY, but unless he becomes some kind of sack-crazy nightmare for OC's, I don't think his status will be up there with Lincecum.

Personally I think it’s not as clear cut as some might think.
Lincecum is undoubtedly more relevant in his respective sport. Being one of the best, if not the best pitcher in the league is more on par with being a star quarterback then a star linebacker. So Lincecum wins round one. On the other hand, in the eyes of the general public, football is the far more relevant of the two sports. Sorry baseball diehards but, football smashes baseball in TV viewer ship, attendance and you can’t overlook the number of people that play fantasy sports. The exact numbers are hard to lock down, but everything I’ve seen points to fantasy football out pacing fantasy baseball by 4 to 1. Round two goes to Willis.
So while Lincecum is one of the biggest star at the most glamorous positions in his sport. Willis is a star in the sport that more people follow. It might be too close to call….
