LOL. He was traded 3 games into the season to a team that he knew did not want him there to help them win. The Pistons' goal in that was for financial relief once AI's contract expired.
Despite that, Iverson STILL averaged 17.4 ppg and 5 assists, which is still considered upper echelon in the NBA. The only reason Iverson did not start was because Rip Hamilton fits their scheme better (which is a given, considering he's been in Detroit for 7 years).
