Only possible explanation of why he is not out there.
Even if the Bears dont plan on using him, the defense still has to be concerned with him, thus allowing other players to get open.

I haven't been paying attention. Decker has made some plays but I'm not sure who was covering him. I don't think Syd'quan was covering him when he scored the td.
