a lot of people like to argue what is and what isn't a sport. What do you guys consider a sport and what don't you consider a sport?

Any competition that requires extreme physical and mental exertion is a sport. However, I have much a stricter definition for what an "athlete" is.
Golf is a sport, but I don't consider golfers athletes.
Nascar is a sport, but drivers aren't athletes either.

Interesting. If LeBron James dropped basketball and miraculously became a pro golfer in a matter of months, would he then cease to be an athlete?

Golf is an extremely hard hobby. If golf is a sport, then is billiards a sport too?
Does something hard means it's a sport? I can tell u work & life are hard, but they aren't sports. Sports requires athleticism!

Even though it does require some skill, I consider bowling an activity and not a sport.

One thing about this picture is that those poor golf carts are working overtime. I hope the tires have been properly inflated.
