I would hope so! But who do we move? I doubt we get rid of AK he's far too valuable at the moment. Maybe someone would take a look at Price, Evans, Bell(probably not), Fesenko? Only person I think we could lose would be possibly CJ Miles. But I really don't think we would trade him, his three point shot, knowledge of the system and decent defense would be hard to replace.
Wow we won a game even though it sounds like it was really sloppy but I'll take anything right now.
No excuse for tonight it was just a pathetic job at the end and letting Houston come back. Oh by the way Jerry I dont care if Gordon was in a lil bit of foul trouble but he scored 10 points and was 4-4 in the field while Bell played over 30 minutes and only had 4. GET RAJA OUT OF THERE!!! More Gordon and more Evans. The rooks can ball when they get a chance.

His coaching philosiphies make absolutely no sense sometimes. Not only was Gordon scoring, he was playing solid defense, and setting up tough screens. Bell once again missed some valuable shots. I agree with you it's time for Bell to ride the pine for a little bit. Just because he's a vet. doesn't mean he has a larger impact than guys like Gordon and Evans. These guys brought energy and toughness, the team was flat as all hell with Bell in there.
WTF happened to this team...

I know Deron is hurt, but weve been playing like garbage. how did we lose to Golden State...

Answer: You shot 37% from the field.

The Story: You can't ask Earl Watson to run Utah's offense for more than a few stretches. He played 35+ minutes at the point in Deron's absence. It was ugly.
I can understand having Raja for leadership and such, but he is clearly NOT a starting SG anymore. I would rather start CJ, or even Hayward at his spot. I really hope we make a move, at the very least to give this team a spark
At least Deron was named an All Star I guess.

Nice win fellas.
Something we really needed tonight. Great to see D-Will back and its nice to see Raja get his head out of his ass and finally make some shots. Great game by Big Al too.

Wow, did we just play a complete game? I don't think we've played an all around game frome start to finish that well all season. Good win, good to see our players show some heart and passion out there.

Playing better, hopefully we can start winning a little more.

I sure hope so but with this team I never know what to expect they're so damn inconsistent Great win though we really needed it.
We need to make a move and our defense needs to get its s**t together.

looks like another typical year in the Western Conference. Jazz make the playoffs anywhere from the 4 to the 8 seed as usual, win the first round if the play an even or slightly weaker team, then lose to LA in the 2nd round. Or, they just lose to LA in the first round.

its like clockwork, and this season is fitting right in line with this schedule.

whats depressing is, in the NBA, you need an elite, almost dynasty caliber team to win a title, which is why the NBA has so many dynastys. its a league of "haves" and "have-nots"

Since 1980 in 31 seasons, Lakers have 10 titles, Bulls have 6, Celtics have 4, Spurs have 4, Pistons have 3, Rockets have 2.

everyone else has 2. 76ers in 83 and Heat in 06. so in 31 years 6 teams have 29 of the championships. 4 back to back champions, 3 three-peats.

imo its bad for the NBA. Lakers/Celtics have won over 50% of the NBA's titles all time. whereas teams like the Cavs, Clippers, Warriors, Kings, Wolves, Grizzlies, Wizards, Bobcats, Raptors, Bucks, Pacers, etc will all probably never sniff a championship again, and if they do itll once for one of those caliber teams every 30 years or longer. the only reason MIA won in 06 was because of Shaq.

sorry im ranting...this is why i dont follow the Jazz super close like Niners/Giants. because the way the NBA is set up, most teams dont have a fighting chance to actually go all the way.

I hate to say it, but this is all true. each year I get so excited about basketball, but every year it's the same game for Jazz fans. Unless we sign or trade for another star player, the best we can hope for is a 2nd round exit in the playoffs.

That being said, I hope we make a move in the coming weeks. It couldn't hurt our chances.
