eh, doubt it. i think everyone is well aware this draft class is terrible. even the top 2 guys project to be 3 or 4 option starters who arent quite all-star caliber. just plain weak.

lol we will have our pick of all the future quality benchies. at least we didnt win. this wouldve been a terrible year to win the lottery for the first time ever.

I wanted Vasely for awhile, reminds of AK, but he just seems to have too big of a learning curve to pick at 3.

I wouldn't take Kanter. Big man with knee problems. No thanks.

in a way it annoys me that were always picking white/euro guys. we always pick these super safe, low upside guys who will probably become role players. i know a draft devoid of star players its hard, but if we use 2 of the first 12 picks on a euro guy and jimmer fredette im going to be pissed.

There's been some euro guys Koufos, AK, Pavlovic and we took Hayward, but we've also taken our fair share of alot of high upside swingman who never panned out too (Stevenson, Brewer, Almond, Snyder, Miles).

LOL i remember the only exciting thing about Morris Almond was the hope that he would pan out into something decent so the announcers could occasionally say "this guy is NUTS!"

but the Utah Jazz' draft history in the last decade+ is so awful...i have very little confidence in the picks we make this year. im telling you, were going to take that euro dude and freaking jimmer (to sell tickets)....

i honestly cant believe we ended up trading Williams. a franchise PG, and only draft pick we got right in forever.

somehow as things were just cruising along, future looked bright, and almost overnight Sloan retires, Williams is traded, and a season that looked to be playoff bound for sure ended up a disaster, and now were in full rebuild...

I can see us moving either Millsap or Jefferson and drafting Kanter if he is available at 3. I think that if his knees check out he would be a great pick for us. Having Kanter and Favors would be great to build around.

I just don't see us taking Knight at 3, and don't see any other option other than Derrick Williams if he falls.

Don't want him. Big man with knee problems. No thanks. I don't care if they check out now over a 82 game season year in year out eventually those issues will pop back up.

Brandon Knight to me is the only logical pick.

I know he declined our interview at the combine, but didn't we interview him earlier this year? Also, I think I read that we were having a full day of interviews and such with him early June. I'll wait to pass judgment until I hear more, but I'm not too worried about that right now.
