The Giants had one of the top offenses in the NL last year despite having numerous injuries that aren't likely to repeat next year. And you can bet they will sign starting pitching and their bullpen will be one of the deepest in baseball.

I like our chances next year against the Dodgers "stacked" lineup that didn't do s**te in the playoffs and not as good as the Giants injury riddled lineup in the regular season.

You pretty much need a whole new outfield and pitching rotation staff. Who do you have aside from Madbum? Heston maybe?

All star Catcher is set once he heals after playing injured the last 2 months
SP Kershaw, Grenke, Ryu, Woods, McCarthy all coming back healthy

Puig.. a cancer. I wouldnt even put their OF in the top half in the NL. There isnt one guy that you can depend on game in and game out. You would think that spending almost 300M would get you something a lot better thats for sure.

Also.. let me educate you on Hunter Pence. He is not "injured all the time". In fact, he played 332 consecutive games until he took a game off last season. This is the first time he has missed signifcant time. His absence was far more important than anything the Dodgers had.

Wait, Pence is "average at best"?? Until he had injury issues this season, he had hit 20+ HR's in 7 consecutive seasons. He averages 31 doubles a season for his career. Hes an above average defensive player that patrols the toughest RF in baseball.

Puig IS a cancer. Thats why his own teammates dont even like him. Hes also an idiot. He cant stay healthy, and now that teams found a way to pitch to him, he sucked this year.

Mattingly sucks, but a special needs kid could manage that team to a 90 win season. They have no excuses for getting knocked out with that kind of payroll, and arguably the 2 best SP in baseball.

Mattingly is going to be the fall guy, but when you spend 272 mil. a season, yet have nobody besides Jansen in the pen, and crappy 3-4-5 starters, who's to blame? For the kind of money they have, their hitting lineup blows. The Giants had a better offense this season, in a dead pitchers park!

Also, Joc Pederson is going to have to prove he can strike out WAY less, or else hes just going to be Mark Reynolds (Jr.)

I already addressed the SP, we had a lot of injuries there that we couldn't over come. Yet we still managed 90+ wins which says a lot. If every one heals up, we'd have
