Plantar fasciitis. Shouldn't be out much longer.
Hayward was great last night, it's a shame he didn't get the ball more. PG play was pretty awful. Burke is in a huge shooting slump. Just awful. Exum didn't shoot any better either.
This will be one of the few times I question Snyder. Kanter couldn't miss last night and was active on D. He should've played down the stretch

I had plantar fasciitis this spring. Its just miserable to walk.
I didn't realize Kanter was doing that well last night. That's a real shame because that 4th quarter could have easily gone our way instead of theirs.

Well Paul went off and helped remind us how awesome he is. 30 and 17 is no joke! The Jazz not scoring in the final 4.5 minutes though is inexcusable. We should've won that game and the guys just didn't get it done.

Awful 4th quarter. Hayward was off his game, and Burke is in a huge slump. 30% shooting so far this year, with an insane 21% on threes(averaging 5 a game)
He's playing better overall from last year, but he's missing wide open shots. It just can't continue.

Yeah I almost wanna see what Murray can do a bit more just because I'm tired of seeing Burke on the court. This slump is horrendous and its costing us games.

Nevermind...
The Utah Jazz have assigned guard Toureâ Murry to the NBA Development Leagueâs Idaho Stampede, the Jazzâs exclusive D-League affiliate.
Murry is expected to be in uniform for the Stampedeâs season opener on Nov. 14 against the Erie BayHawks.

Wow did you guys see that Dante is seen as the top rookie according to David Thorpe? Never would have thought Id see that this year.
1. Dante Exum, Jazz
He may not have the stats to get ROTY but he has the IQ and game to be the best overall of this class.
Hood was at # 14
1. Dante Exum, Jazz
We saw Exum's "it" factor in summer league and he has been terrific this season, showing the ability to make both simple passes and tough ones (when required) to teammates for easy shots. He makes hard drives and dishes for 3s or dunks. He delivers lobs. He leads fast breaks, which result in wide-open scoring chances. And, most impressively, he finds open shooters far away from the action.
He's doing this with very few mental errors, too, while also managing the game. Exum is playing like someone who deserved to be drafted first overall.

Whew! I was so worried that we were gonna collapse again but Hayward and crew came through. Burke had a great game as well! Hopefully he came out of his slump tonight and the GW helped his confidence!

Loved it! All of it! Burke limited his shots which is great. Hopefully this builds his confidence a bit. Favors on the pick and roll was phenomenal!
Also Hayward is playing so well this year. Earning that check!

I could watch that play all night. The announcers as well.
Was at work bartending so I only got to watch a little of this game on the tv's. To me it seemed like we were basically in control of this game from the get go. Not entirely in control, but a 3-5 point lead throughout. Seen we we're up by 3 with the ball with like 30+ seconds, and figured it was over. Then I heard guest yelling that Burke hit the game winner and had no clue what the big deal was. Not sure how we lost the ball with control of the game but oh well.
Hayward has brought out a little swagger/meanness and I like it. You see him with a whole new energy, and when he's hitting shots he's showing emotion. His inconsistency is a little alarming, but besides that I think the sky may be the limit for him. He matches up well with a lot of people and he has shown he can hold his own against guys like Lebron and Melo. Without getting too far ahead of myself, I'll just say he has developed.
Also don't give up on Trey quite yet. He's struggling at times, but tonight shows why he "could" be a legit PG. He's a decent distributor and has hit those dagger shots more than once. While he may not be the best defender, he seems to be trying out there, so I personally will give him that. He's also still trying to find his role, and I think having Exum behind him has influenced his play as well.
Speaking of Exum, I agree with the post a couple above this. While he hasn't done a whole lot yet, he has shown that he can adapt very quickly. Something I don't hear a lot about is his defense. I love it! He does get beat and make rookie mistakes, but I have seen enough to show me that he has potential to guarn any PG/hopefully SG, in the league. As far as offense, I think he needs to learn to take it to the rim a little more. Maybe pump fake at the 3 and take it hard to the basket. He seems a little skiddish around the rim, but it's something he has to learn to be good.
And very late but 9 points int the 4th ? Was working that night as well and watched most of it. Made me a little irritated the rest of the night.
