Plus he's just selfish. Dude never passes in fast breaks and it drives me nuts. His basketball IQ is just garbage and without Burks playing he's just getting torched on defense. I'd seriously trade him for Kendall Marshall straight up right now. At least Marshall is a great passer and can hit the spot up 3.

Hopefully he earned some respect from Teague last night.

Murry got recalled today, no surprise, and Exum is getting the start it sounds like.

I do think it may be time to sit Burke though even if it's just to send a message his way.

Yeah I'd sit Burke too just to let him know that this s**t isn't gonna fly. He needs to remember he's not at Michigan anymore. Hayward and the bigs are the guys who should be shooting that many times not a PG that isn't hitting a damn thing.

Elijah Millsap, Paul's brother got called up today as well.
He has been playing with the Bakersfield Jam this season. He is currently averaging 20.6 points, 8.36 rebounds, 5.2 assists, 2.1 steals, and is shooting 33.9% from three.
Christopher will likely be cut unless we apply for the Hardship Exception but we have to wait 3 days to apply for it.

Another fantastic start for Gobert though and great games by Evans and Clark. They really stepped up tonight as well.

Didn't see this happening and his agent doesn't sound too happy.
The Utah Jazz announced today that the team has waived guard Toure' Murry. Following the move, the Jazz roster now stands at 14 players. Murry (6-5, 195, Wichita State) was originally signed as a free agent on Aug. 28 and appeared in one regular season game for the Jazz.
Agent Bernie Lee, who represents Murry, doesn't think his client was given a fair shake in Salt Lake City.
"Utah just didn't see value in giving (Toure') a real opportunity to prove himself, which is their right," Lee told HoopsHype. "I had a sense things were working against him early when during the Jazz's first open scrimmage in the preseason the team-employed radio voice used the forum to crush his future NBA prospects. Just an odd situation through and through. He went to Utah as a young developing point guard who played 51 games for an extremely visible team and today leaves Utah having played his last game as an assigned player in the NBADL having been asked to play the four. Perspective and opportunity are a funny thing in basketball."
Lee said Murry will explore free agent opportunities if he clears waivers: "If there isn't a spot for him immediately, he will enter the NBADL and go on to continue to develop and prove himself as an NBA-caliber PG." - See more at: http://hoopshype.com/rumors/r/5B9Z/jazz-waive-toure-murry-agent-upset-with-team#sthash.6QY94Idj.dpuf

Probably was dealing with inconsistency. Just can't get rid of it once it latches on to ya.

Well Exum didn't exactly light it up tonight. Glad he finally got his shot falling a bit in the second half but like you said Jiks he needs to start driving more and stop settling for those jumpers just because the defense is giving them to him. Can't believe he didn't get an assist, a rebound, a steal, or a block tonight but at least he didn't have any turnovers.

RT@SpearsNBAYahoo: D-League Santa Cruz G Elliott Williams is expected to sign a 10-day contract with the Jazz soon, sources said. He is in SLC taking a physical
The 25 year old was drafted by the Portland Trail Blazers (1st round, pick #22) back in 2010, and he has bounced around a bit. He played for Portland (24 games, 6.2 mpg) as a rookie, then got injured and missed his entire second season. He then signed with the Cleveland Cavaliers and was cut in training camp, and then signed on to play for the Philadelphia 76ers, where he would play in 67 games, and 1157 minutes.
He has had injuries for most of his professional career, something he didn't really face as a player at Duke, or Memphis. In the D-League he has played for the Philadelphia 76ers Philly's affiliate the Deleware 87ers and and the Santa Cruz Warriors. He is young, and as a shooting guard in the minor leagues, is averaging 21.2 ppg, 7.5 apg, and 4.7 rpg -- while hitting 38.6% of his shots from deep.
D-League Digest @DLeagueDigest Follow According to one NBA scout recently, "Elliot Williams is the top guard option in the entire NBA D-League."
