I was hoping we would sign him. He has a similar skill set to his brother only smaller. I once served on him and Paul at the restaurant I worked at. Glad we locked him up.
Kick ass tonight as well. I like the rotations we have right now.

I haven't had a chance to watch him since summer league but I really liked his style of play then. Did you get their autographs? lol
Couldn't believe we did that well! The Nets are garbage as of late. Seems like Dante is a lot more comfortable starting too and I dare say the same for Trey. Seems to suit his game better. No blocks for Rudy though.

That's actually pretty surprising. Going through the box score, I did notice he had a three point attempt though. Must have been a shot clock shot.

I saw that at work wanted to take a picture of it myself but couldn't rewind. Nets have no clue what they are doing. They are in some serious trouble for years now.

So how does Exum look so far? I know hes just now starting to get real playing time, but how often is he showing flashes of star potential?
I just worry a bit that he was so raw, that maybe there might be negative aspects of his game that went unnoticed before the draft.
He kind of built his value up in a different league, and once he had a buzz generated he sat tight until the draft so he didnt affect his draft stock.
Everyone is so hyped that he could be the next Kobe, but im nervous that the NBA game will prove that to be an overstatement.

Exum has looked good. Very very raw, but his game is different than expected. He's a good defender, which I would assume is part of the reason he is starting now. His outside shot is much better than expected(I read he was expected to be a 20% shooter from 3), but not consistent yet. When he attacks the rim he's much better passing than finishing right now, but as he gets bigger he should get better. He's proving to have a good all around game and is only getting better. I can't wait to see how he does as he gains confidence.

Hopefully he will put on muscle weight as he gets older.

Quinn Snyder wants position-less basketball .
It's crazy to think that this team is the second youngest in the league. They've improved so much since game 1 it's unreal. I still think they're 2 years from being a consistent threat, but it's exciting to see the potential. Hayward is living up to his contract, Favors is greatly improved, Kanter is making strides, and Gobert could very likely be the DPOY next year. Not to mention all of the other young guys. Lots of potential. It's fun to see them gain confidence

Now I'm not saying he's a super star in the making, but Joe Ingles is making his case that he can play a major role in the NBA. He's becoming a good all around player and starting to hit the three with some consistency. He handles the ball well and understands how to distribute it just as well. And even though he's a rookie, he shows veteran qualities(27 years old). The more I see, the more I believe he may be in our long term plans.

I've really become a fan of Jingles too. He's a very consistent player and I'm glad the other guys are telling him to shoot more because he definitely can hit that outside shot when he needs to. For basically a complete unknown going into this season he's really shown that he belongs. I hope we can lock him up for a few more years.
