Really like the DeRozan move. Was hoping lakers will make a move for him - but he's better fit for you guys. With all the shooting this team has - he can operate the middle and get the buckets if 3pt shot is not falling.
The Kings have plenty of offense. Its the other end of the court that is the issue and DeRozan wont help them there. We shall see but I dont see him making the team that much better

They've addressed some of the defensive issues they had with the Carter pick, Ellis being inserted into the starting lineup and Murray making the jump to being a very good defender and they will probably make one more move to address wing D. DeRozan will absolutely help them when they go into their prolonged slumps, which happened too often.

did they though? He's replacing our best defender, so it's kind of a moot point in my opinion.

Who? Keegan was/is their best defensive player followed by Keon . Fox is up and down, but has the ability to be a very good defender. By all accounts Carter is a stud on D. Not saying they are a juggernaut, but think they will be improved on the perimeter

Davion bud.

Keegan and Keon were better defender, Davion was a good defender, nothing special imo . Was just too small. Keon will more than replicate his defensive production along with doing other things much better . DeRozan is replacing Barnes

I say Davion as well

You dint know s**t so who cares

he's a PG man, 95% of them are all too small lol

He wasn't their best defender.

Damn, no posts in here even after opening night? Lol.

I watched the game late after it was over already, but fell asleep about midway through the 2nd quarter. Was going to finish it, but saw the score accidentally when I clicked on a random, unrelated Google notification on my phone.

Did they look the same as last year? They had so many games down the stretch where they couldn't put teams away and lost close ones at the end

Was too depressed between that and the current state of the niners lol . That 4Q offense was b******t. Nothing but iso ball
Our small ball lineups don't work. We fold in the 4th all the time.
Anyone else have trouble watching tonight's game? My youtube tv says it recorded, but the actual recording is some stupid fantasy football show. Then on NBC Sports California plus it says it's the sharks game. I clicked on the sharks game, and Kings post game live is on. But it won't let me rewind to actually watch the game. Stupid YouTube tv

They played it on the wrong NBC CA sports channel
2 in a row!
Hope they handle biz on this road trip
Derozan is the truth. I think the team is gonna look real good after they've had a little more time to play together. Huerter looking better the last two games too. If we can get 2022 huerter back we're gonna be cooking with fire, baby!

Light the beam!
Phew
ugly loss to a bad rebuilding team. No excuses.
Gritty bounce back road win.
