Dear God, I hole and pray be doesn't! Besides, the party is all but over in spud country. It ended when the AD who promised to build a big time program and delivered, got canned. I think the school is moving in a different direction now.

So as of now Brown is still coach. Sports writers are the worst. I truly believe they have no sources and just make everything up. Now they are saying Brown confided to a source he was resigning but when news leaked he became enraged and changed his mind. That makes no sense.

Scout has us as the #11 recruiting class (#1 in PAC-12) and we just beat out Oregon for an OT And we are a finalist for a 5-star OT between us and Stanford, and a 3-star DT between UCLA and us to finish off our class. I think we have 2 schollies left.

nothing has changed for me RE: Dykes. Firing him now would be like judging a draft class after just one year.

Cal steals another ASU recruit, DE Jonathon Johnson, JUCO. He is more of a DE/OLB hybrid. ASU and Cal were competing for him.

Your last theft from us was CB Wadood, who then left you guys.

Cal also recently landed a 2-star JUCO Safety, a 3-star JUCO DT, and a 2-star JUCO DT.

couple of guys from College of San Mateo, where I went to school. Edelman was a star QB there as a freshman while I was in school, then went to Kent State.

oh, and for the record, I'm very happy with Goff, just surprised Dykes was cool with letting Kline go to a team within the conference

Look for the Bucs to pull a stunning, and I mean STUNNING, turnaround on offense next season.

Defensive coordinator Andy Buh reassigned (demoted) to position coach. DL and DB coaches have been fired. Cal will search for a new DC.

IMO this was unnecessary but Dykes' hand was forced. How can you really evaluate a defense that was decimated by SO MANY injuries?
