I honestly believe, whoever wins from the cards dodgers series, they win the World Series. AL isn't going to beat those two teams. If it were the pirates or braves, they could. But Cards or Dodgers win it. I just don't want to see the dodgers win it.

Did he ever explain why he did that?
He wanted to throw over to first, but had a brain fart as he was about to throw it.
You would think that if there was a runner on first that the catcher would go after the ball instead of just letting it sit back there

Kershaw to Game 2 means Grienke starts Game 1.
Game 1 - Greinke
Game 2 - Ryu
Game 3 - Kershaw vs Wainwright
Game 4 - Nolasco
That's how i'd set it up. ![](/forum/images/smileys/mischief.gif)
Why on earth would you not pitch Kershaw in Game 2? That will be on his regular 4 day rest cycle. Trust me, if the Dodgers are down 3 games to 2 you would be much happier with Kershaw pitching game 6 on extra rest rather than just 3 days rest.
To be fair, he hasnt been paying attention until this point, so you cant fault him too much.
I fault all Dodgers fans and all stupid posters. I think he falls in the first category.
I think I would just start Nolasco for every game. That would get the desired outcome.

Ball hit the batter, so the ball is dead. No need to run after it.
Plus, he starts from the stretch. Runner on first, no doubt.

Looks like the Tigers may have more to lose as Max Scherzer may be dealt with due to the fact they may not have the money to sign him to a long term deal.

Red Sox-Tigers and Cardinals-Dodgers is about the most boring LCS matchups possible. A bunch of haves getting to have again. Yawn.

At least FOX does not have the NLCS. Who can stand such homer-ism from Mr.Obvious Joe Buck?
