this was Argentina's best half in this world cup by far IMO. They are playing so well as a team. Before the tourney I'd tell you they'd need to win most games 4-2, 5-3. This is now a team that can legitimately win 1-0 against anyone. Truly a contender they way they played the first half.

Agreed. Messi needs to do just a little better on those set plays.

At the same time, even though Argentina has outplayed the Dutch, they haven't had any real chances either. This is the kind of game most expected.

yes it's been an very even game, the Dutch have played well too but I was kind of expecting that, I'm just more surprised by how Argentina has grown. I'm so tense I may die. 2nd half is going to kill me. I hope no OT/PK's as I really have to get back to work. Using my lunch break to watch the 2nd half.
