Also, are my picks

G's upset Pirates Weds to face Nats. They lose to Nats

Nats take the NL. They are ready.

Angels take the AL.

Angels Nats WS. My traffic will be f**ked and tourists everywhere.

Angels win the series. Trout is the WS MVP and solidifies himself as the best player in all of baseball. St. Louis fans will still believe its Yadier though.

just like San Francisco fans still think its Posey

Or my homer version:

G's upset the Pirates. G's upset the Nats. G's beat the dodgers. G's to the WS because its an EVEN year.

Angels win the AL.

G's and Angels 2002 rematch except this time....NO DUSTY BAKER TO f**k IT UP.

G's win the WS in 5. Pence is the MVP because he is awesome. Trout still the best player in baseball, except to Cards fans who think its Yadier.

fixed for you. And this would be even more shocking than 2012.

Not to mention ROY, batting title, and 2 WS rings.

We might get by Pitt but the Giants arent going to win the WS . If they had Pagan, Morse, and a healthy Matt Cain they might have a fighting chance but this team has too many holes.

dont want a rematch?
I will go with:
1) LA Freeway WS Dodgers over Angels
2) Beltway WS Nats over O's
3) Battle of the worthless Midwest cities.. Royals over Cards
4) Bay Bridge WS Giants over A's

#1 and #2 are very possible. #3 and #4.. not so much.

LOL
You guys know that the WS doesn't have to be between local rivals, right?

Im going to say Giants win the WC game (just because they hit Volquez well). The Royals will beat Oakland in the other WC game.

WAS over SF
STL over LAD
LAA over KC
DET over BAL

WAS over STL
DET over LAA

WAS over DET

I know I said the Nats haven't shown the ability to win when people expect it, but they're heading into the postseason hot. Ive changed my tune, because I think they have the best mix of pitching, hitting, and being hot coming in. Plus they own the Giants, so round 1 would be a warmup.

Ultimately STL has that playoff grit, and the Dodgers, along with the mighty Kershaw, have a history of coming up small in the big games.

Nats get some revenge on STL for 2012 and go to their first WS.

Angels are very good. Plus they have Mike Trout, and KC does not.

Detroit has the pitching to trump the Orioles hitting.

Ultimately, in the postseason you need a great rotation, and the Angels without Garrett Richards just don't compare to Detroit in that area.

Washington uses the momentum they came in with and rides a well balanced team to a WS win over a Tigers team who always seem to come up just short.

I could see the Nationals. I just don't know how anyone is stopping LAA in the AL though.
