Would really like to see them jettison J.R. Smith, he opted out I believe. Lebron is an incredible talent, but he needs consistent help. I hope that he will get it this offseason (Kyrie and Love coming back are not enough) and Cleveland will win a championship next year.

Fixed.

Was it my imagination or did I see LBJ actually shake hands with players and coach before heading to locker room? If so, classy move...for a player I'm used to seeing as arrogant.

In front of the cameras though. In a way he kind of made those final moments about himself. Walking the length of the court during the game to go over and hug Curry and acknowledge Kerr. Its better than running into the locker room before the game ended, but still.

If Irving and Love are healthy - they can beat anyone. This playoff run will be huge for Thompson, Shump, Irving, and Mozgov and of course the coaching staff.
JR shouldn't be re-signed. They gotta go after a backup point guard and a perimeter shooter who can play defense. Would love to sign Wesley Mathews for cheap.
Varejao, Mozgov, Thompson, and Love at PF and Center position is really solid.
Delly should never play more than 5 minutes a game in the playoffs again.

Make no mistake, he is arrogant...and also an entitled, petulant man-child who openly ignored/disrespected his coach multiple times during games, who knows how often he did it during practices and other times. If the CBA allowed for a player-coach, I have no doubt James would demand that role.
And as for him shaking hands, yeah that's nice, but would've been real nice when all the microphones and cameras were in his face postgame if he didn't whine incessantly about all his/Cavs' misfortune and instead just some give unqualified credit to the Warriors...you know, the team that won 67 games in the Western Conf while being historically dominant, went 12-3 in the West playoffs, then won the finals in 6.

I love that fact that Blatt brought East ball back to the NBA Finals not seen since BOS 2008. I think he had a great 1st season on the surface but underneath maybe it is time for him to go after only 1 wildly successful season. I say keep Blatt and get Lebron some ball handlers and playmakers that can stay healthy while adding another perimeter defender if possible

They should keep Blatt...bring all the core players (except JR)...and get a perimeter defender who can shoot 3s. A back-up PG is a must too - they can find that in the draft.
Blatt also must do a better job of keeping minutes low for Lebron and Kyrie.

Thanks for pointing all of that out, didn't want to give him too much credit.

Yep. If it ain't broke don't fix it just keep up the maintenance while adding a few bells and whistles. Already Cavs got the East on lock and now they only need to get healthy and add the proper depth necessary to do the little things including keeping Cavs players rested and ready and taking some load off of them.
Your bolded comment sounded a lot like Bruce Bowen from SAS which is what I kept saying about Iguodala during this Finals run. He was like Bruce Bowen on steroids of maybe a Scottie Pippen lite. He was defending ball handling assisting driving dunking and knocking down threes

Yeup...Iggy was very much like Scottie Pippen light.
Would love to get someone half as good off the bench for the Cavs. Will trade his ability to pass for a better shooter. The Cavs GM has said - he expects Lebron and Love to opt out only to sign new deals and has said they'll bring back Thompson. Already extended qualifying offers to Delly and Shump.
If Shump can take the next step - that'll be really helpful.
