The 2024-25 Phoenix Suns Thread

Got complacent after that big lead in the 2nd. Booker was horrendous from the field.
Suns about to get smashed with all the drama
Lakers took like they took a big step back from last season. They took one of their strengths in being able to lock people down defensively and turned it into a weakness. They'll stick around because you can never count out James and Davis but they look older, slower and softer.

A big step back means they would be like a 10 seed. There's no way.
Suns got smashed tonight
Blazers couldn't miss from downtown. Just one of those nights.
They have a mark on their backs now, and they have to expect teams bringing it to them every game.
Suns won this game shooting 23% from deep and 67%ish from the line. At one point they went on a 50-12 run, lol

Yeah. They played like garbage for the first 18 minutes. Booker's still getting over his little bout with Covid, but he's starting to round into form. Cavs have a really solid roster. Lots of length in the frontcourt. Garland and Sexton can create havok. Good bench with Love, Rubio, and Ed Davis if he can find a way to stay healthy. It would not surprise me to see them finish in the top 6 in the east.

I agree…Cavs have lot of young talent. If I were them - I'd trade for Ben. Trade Sexton, Cedi, and Love and draft picks and build around Ben, Garland, Mobley, and Allen.

I do think they're a year away to make that playoff push. Knicks and Bulls look really good and Hornets are a little ahead of them - though it's early.
Off to yet another slow start, sigh

Dat comeback doe
I think they had 48 TOs. I lost track after 20. Cam Johnson has been the most disappointing thus far after such a solid postseason run.
