Pagan is just miserable right now.

This team needs IF depth in a bad way - and, I'd take depth in the OF also if possible to replace Maxwell. Probably just one or the other is a possibility and not both - if so, I'd hope for the IF. Panik's back and the occasional day off is fine (hoping it's just a flare up thing) but having someone like Adrianza step in for him or the other IFs isn't cutting it. The guy can field but just can't hit at the big league level. I wish this team could have found a solution for IF depth before the deadline...now, I wonder what options are available afterwards as one of those waiver wire trades? I'm curious if Prado from the Marlins could be had this way?

It's frustrating. Leake pitched pretty well his first game with the team - just the mistake to Hamilton. And who is this Perez guy the Giants are making look so great? One hit through seven innings? The guy had an ERA around 10 before this game started.

I cracked and went out to watch the end of the game since the stream wouldn't work. I hope I'm not too late to save the series.
