f**k Casilla. Watching that last night made me so mad. We will not win anthing important until we have a closer or Casilla gets his head right.

Casilla is toast, mentally. Its not his year, and the sooner we get someone else in there closing games, the better.

Give Strickland a crack at it, and see how he handles the pressure. Or move back to Romo, who is proven, and always has command.

I would rather see Strick get a chance because I believe in his stuff, but I would be OK with Romo as well. Romo would be on a short leash though as his command isnt what it used to be. But he is proven.

Still pissed Osich was sent down. Should have kept him.

agreed, I wish they would just give him Vogelsong's spot.

I am really glad I didnt watch one minute of tonights game. Mike Leake brought the Reds stinky play with him. All his fault.

Yeah. He gave up walk off HRs. All his fault.

I'm sure I was pretty serious on that post.

Lol
We can blame the pitching but That was a total team effort. The double plays with runners in scoring position killed us.
Can someone please explain to me how in the Adrianza is on a big leauge roster!??!

When you score 8 runs on 14 hits you are supposed to win the game. Complete failure from Matt Cain to Casiila to Vogelsong.

Normally reliable Kontos and Strickland faltered as well... just a poor pitching effort from everyone.

I didnt watch the game but from the box score it shows Kontos with 1 inning, no runs, and a hold. How is that faltering?

Looked it up actually. Giving up one single in an inning to a good contact hitter like Markakis is hardly faltering. Compared to Stickland, Casilla, and Vogey he was a star. LOL

You're splitting hairs here John, Kontos has been lights out this year, I believe that may have been his first inherited runner scored... just saying he normally hasn't done that.

It wasnt . He recently allowed an inherited runner to score. Again, I didnt watch the game but giving up one single just didnt seem like faltering to me. Certainly not when compared to the blow jobs that Casilla and Vogelsong gave last night.
This was pretty cool:

Kontos inherited a runner on second and no out situation. He got two outs and then gave up a not great contact base hit to score the run.

LOL at faltered.

You're picking apart a minute detail for some reason, I don't understand why.... I was just basically saying even our normally reliable guys didn't do well. Give it a rest. Jesus christ.
