Yeup and while we're on the subject - can we plz have Blanco start over Pagan (healthy or not). He's earned it and I'd prefer Pagan to be our 4th infielder - because frankly Blanco is playing so much better...it's not even close.

At this point, I think its pretty clear how Bochy handles situations like these and yeah he may wait a bit long to pull the trigger but its just not that simple. I think he knows when to make the move when he needs to.

Tomlinson should be getting almost all of Adrianza's AB's. Its that simple.

Bochy is the best manager in the game, but that doesnt make him immune to mistakes or bad habits.

I think it's only a matter of time until they plug Tomlinson in there. The Giants and Bochy always sway the facor at first towards the vet. Lol notblike Andrianza is ine but he's been around longer.
Then after a bit they make a switch.

WZ PM'd Bochy.

Hoping Tomlinson can be our next Matt Duffy and be another later rd pick that makes it big. Its nice that he can play 2B, SS, or 3B and potentially be the super utility guy on this team. At this point he has to be better than Adrianza.

The MLB draft is such a crapshoot. Tomlinson was a 12th rd pick. Duffy was an 18th rounder. Crawford and Belt were taken in rds 4 and 5. Then you look at all of the first and second rd busts we have had. (along with all other teams). Crazy. Kind of fun to go to sfgiants.com and look at past draft results.
