(FTR, I did not see the play you are talking about. Its just my opinion on replays.)
They called him out, and the replay showed his foot was over top of the bag, but didnt come down on to the bag until after the ball hit the glove.
Like I said, it was either out, or too close to overturn. This is NO way it was decidedly safe. We got out of the inning, so its meaningless now, but Bum lost out on a full 8 innings.
