No, its not harsh. Its the truth. Mauer is not average, he is trash. I personally have him ranked #2 (right behind Matt Cain), on the worst contracts in all of baseball list.

Ehh....I disagree.

Mauer is a .270 hitter who hits maaaaaybe 10 homeruns a year, doesnt steal bases, doesnt drive in runs, and doesnt provide much of anything to the Twins lineup. I know he was never a power hitter before, but he really isnt even that good of a hitter period anymore. Not saying that will happen to Buster, but it could.

Except Romo is right. Harper is the one running his mouth. This is a good example of other people being enablers. People side with Harper even though hes in the wrong. SMH.

I know it hurts to hear, but Bryce Harper will NOT sign here if he makes it to free agency. The Giants went that route with Bonds, and it didnt cultivate a championship culture. Team chemistry is more important than one left handed prima donna.

They created a championship culture but unfortunately had one of the absolute worst postseason managers in baseball history with Dusty Baker, who in my mind will always be a first class s**t.

- I know a lot of you hate Dusty for life but I've never been able to get on that permanent hate train. He did some dumb s**t but I liked him for the most part as a manager here. He's a Sacramento guy so I'm probably biased towards him.

- I'm on the Posey can't be a catcher forever train.

Is there serious consideration down the pipeline about the NL getting the DH btw? Thought I heard that somewhere a few weeks ago. Hope that doesn't happen.
