a lot of people calling into shows this morning
saying that Draymond green won't be able to out rebound Mozgov and Thompson, like he did Howard and Smith. That cleveland is gonna win in 5 or 6 games.
Like..did andrew bogut just disappear? Sure he was engaged with howard while everyone fought for rebounds.

If Green struggles to rebound it'll because of all the time he'll spend guarding Lebron, not because of Mozgov/Thompson

Yeah, not sure where this thinking is coming from TBPH.

One thing about Memphis they are very underrated. Gasol is arguably the best Center right now and Randolph is one of the best post player in the game. All they are missing is a shooter and a wing scorer.

59 to 39 rebound advantage, and near 20 offensive boards in the deciding game. Sounds like posturing to me. I can't wait for this series, I think it could be a very good, competitive one.

If Cleveland was smart they would have LeBron at the 4 to match up with Draymond and the warriors small line up

I think this is the most I've been excited about an NBA Finals that my Lakers weren't playing in, in a long long time. The dynamics are so compelling. The amazing team in the warriors, that play up tempo and off the jump shot maintaining consistency this long in their playoff run. James being the amazing player he is and carrying this team so far. 2 rookie head coaches leading their teams against each other in the Finals (First time that's ever happened since the 1st year of the league lol). Both teams have interesting supporting casts. Both cities are starved for a championship. Cleveland obviously is more starved as a city as a whole, but Oakland hasn't seen nba success in 40 years, and 26 years since their city won anything. It's really pretty awesome.
I really want to see the warriors pull it off, simply because of all the people in my day to day life that would be so happy to see their team win. As a Lakers fan, they all hate my guts in the basketball world, but seeing them suffer for so long sucks. They deserve this title. And I know cleveland deserves anything they can get too, but these warriors fans have been amazing through thick and thin. I've been to countless Lakers games in oakland over the years and they've always been there, cheering their asses off even though they know they're getting hammered on the court. I was always treated with general respect when I would go there wearing my Lakers gear. A little s**t talking of course, but nothing serious or physical. These fans are awesome and they deserve the ultimate prize.
So go you dudes. I hope your team wins it all for YOU GUYS. Because you deserve it.

The consensus I heard from hosts/fans on a few different Cleveland radio shows today is that the Warriors haven't seen a defense like the Cavs, they didn't really play anyone in the playoffs, Lebron will steamroll, Mozgov/Thompson will dominate the boards...and one host in particular on their ESPN station named Rizzo, he calls them the "soft-a** Warriors" and really gets a kick out of referring to Curry as "that LITTLE KID", and says Curry is a great shooter but doesn't rebound and dish dimes like Lebron.
Brian Windhorst from ESPN was a guest and he said besides Dubs being favorite in Vegas, ESPN's BPI has the Warriors with a 78% chance to win the series...that did not sit well, they acted like it was some kind of slight against James...even though I'm pretty sure an index doesn't have a whole lot of sujbectivity to it, you input the data and the computer spits out a number.
They also kept going on about the fact that the Oakland Trib headline was "Bring On Lebron". They're saying it should have been something about the Warriors beating the Rockets or winning the West, not calling out James, the way they talked about it was almost like they think the Warriors are editors who came up with the headline themselves.
Anyway, meaningless stuff, just interesting to hear things from the other side sometimes.

Curry averaged more assists than james this season, and yeah, how dare he not grab as many rebounds as a 6'8" Forward (which was exactly 1.7 less btw). lol
