Warriors played their asses off and deserved to win this, so props to them, Kerr did a masterful job coaching them up and keeping them focused. Curry by far is the best PG in the NBA, not even close.

LeBron I think had one of, if not the greatest individual Finals performances ever, I was honestly expecting him to fold up shop but the guy kept coming, so props to him, he won some people over with his play.

I could easily see both of these teams back in the Finals again next year, hopefully we could see both teams with healthy rosters, would be a fun series to watch.

Yeup. Cavs just didn't have enough bodies and ran out of gas in the 4th in pretty much every game.

Really hoping to see these two teams go head to head again in next years finals with full squads.

or maybe its a flashback to the 88 and 89 finals where in 88 isiahs sprained ankle rendered him useless in game 7 and the lakers won. the next year magic had a jack up hamstring and the pistons won.

No way to know if they would have won. But yes, series would have been different.

Warriors deserved their chip and Cavs over-achieved with all the injuries. Hopefully, next year - they'll be healthy and we'll see a re-match.
Cavs prolly favoured cuz wade is coming to Cleveland and Lebron still plays in the weak ass East.

Hell that was probably lebrons motivation. Win one this year before wade comes aboard and people hate :p

We'll never know, its one of those things that will be debated for years on forums just like these but if the Cavs come back with Irving, James and Love next season and they do manage to win the title, that talk will probably only increase.

Only thing I know for certain is that neither of these two teams are going anywhere. Warriors are young and loaded with a top notch coach, Cavs could be really scary with some good health, built up chemistry and LeBron Beast-moding like he did over the past 6 games. I see both teams as above the rest of the NBA although free agency could change that a bit depending on which pieces end up moving where.

#2 seed in the East gets Boston in the 1st Round. #2 seed in the West gets San Antonio. lol

I want none of that. I hate when players get injured. It's not fun to beat a team that is down a guy or two.

I do think - if this Cavs team stays together and healthy - they'll be the best team in the league and go for it again.

For the last month and a half - Cavs line-up of Irving, Shump, Lebron, Love, and Thompson was the best defensive and offensive line-up. I expect those 5 to be the starters on day 1.

So many things can happen. OKC with a healthy Durant and Westbrook can beat anyone. The Cavs have by far the easier road to the finals in the pathetic East. Not so easy for the Dubs. So many great teams.

I feel like unless they make a big free agent splash like an Aldridge, the Spurs are done. Duncan is going to turn 40 next season, Ginobili has talked about retirement, even with Leonard on board I think they are going to struggle to keep up with the younger, much faster teams like Golden State.

I don't think the West is all that it is cracked up to be either. Oklahoma with a healthy core is a legit and experienced team, Memphis is tough, maybe Houston with a healthy roster, beyond that, I think there's a lot of teams that are really overrated. Not sold on the Clippers at all, talented team but don't see them as very tough mentally. San Antonio is looking really creaky, Dallas as well, Portland might be losing Aldridge, some good teams but only three or four that strike me as legit title contenders.

I think Mozgov and Thompson are interchangeable as far as the starting line-up is considered. Depends on what Blatt wants from Thompson. He may want Thompson off the bench to bring energy.

I should have said - that line-up will play the most minutes together if this team brings back the core.

They def. need a back-up PG as you mentioned earlier and a back-up SF. I'm hoping they go hard after DeMarre Carroll in the off-season.

Suns are all over that son.

Not sure what McDonough is going to pull out of his ass but Lon Babby being gone finally made me grin. This is the longest that they've gone without a playoff appearance in their entire team history so hopefully they get s**t worked out.
